Cookies

This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. Google Analytics
When someone visits the EZ-PID website we use a third-party service, provided by Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to analyse the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, how they move through the website, where they are located in the world, etc. This information is only processed in an anonymised manner which does not identify anyone, nor does it reveal any personal information. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this with a clear notification on the page where the information is to be collected from and we will explain what we intend to do with it.
WordPress
Sprezzatura uses a third-party service (WordPress) to publish the EZ-PID blog. The blog is hosted by WordPress.com, which is run by Automattic Inc. The blog uses a standard WordPress service to collect anonymous information about users' activity on the site, for example the number of users viewing pages on the site, to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site and help him to improve it. WordPress requires visitors that want to post a comment to enter a name and email address. People who contact us via social media
We use YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and WordPress as our online social media resources. If you send us a private or direct message via social media, the message will be stored on the used platform and within the used platform’s published terms and conditions, which in turn have been accepted by the user (data Subject). This information will not be shared with any other organisation.
People who call our office by phone
We often capture names, phone numbers, email addresses and other personal details during phone calls. These are used to process the phone call and to log the phone call in our contact manager. This data is only used for daily business activities and other legitimate business interest purposes, such as following up on phone enquiries, responding to phone enquiries, etc.
People who email us
We use industry standard virus protection for all incoming and outgoing emails, but you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit. We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send to us, is within the bounds of the law.
People who use Sprezzatura’s products and services
Sprezzatura provides business services to businesses and individuals around the world. We have to hold the details of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related business purposes. For example, we might use information about people who have purchased a software license to ensure that it is performing as expected and to notify them of any bugs that have been fixed and enhancements made, and which might improve the users use of the software license.
How will we use information about you
We collect information about you to assist you with your enquiry, manage your customer account and, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. We may use your information collected from the website to personalise any email correspondence from Sprezzatura. Your data may be shared with external email marketing systems, as well as web traffic monitoring software but it will not be used by these companies for marketing purposes. With the exception of our chosen marketing partners specifically running Sprezzatura and EZ-PID related promotions, Sprezzatura will not share your information for direct marketing purposes with companies outside of Sprezzatura. In dealing with your enquiry and where deemed necessary by us, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.
Information we use for marketing
We would like to send you information about company news, products, and services from time to time. If you have consented to receive marketing communications, you may opt-out at a later date through options provided in our marketing communications. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please use our Contact Us page making sure to add the phrase “Remove from marketing campaigns” in the message box.
Access to your information and correction
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2016, you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to some or all of the information that we hold about you. Such information will be made available on written request, and it will be provided in line with then current GDPR regulations. We reserve the right to make a small charge for this service if the request is deemed to be unfounded or excessive in nature, this is designed to cover any administrative costs associated with the subject access request. We wish to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date at all times. You may therefore ask us to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate.
Your right to complain
Sprezzatura endeavours to meet the highest standards when collecting and using personal information and we are committed to collecting and processing data in a compliant manner. For this reason, we take any complaints we receive about this very seriously. We encourage people to bring any complaints or queries to our attention if they think that our collection or use of information is unfair, misleading, or inappropriate. We would also welcome any suggestions for improving our procedures. However, if you feel that we have been unable, or unwilling, to resolve your information rights concern, you can raise the matter with the Information Commissioners Office.
Disclosure of personal information
In many circumstances we will not disclose personal data without consent. However, when we receive a complaint from a person about an individual, their conduct or otherwise, or any other business-related complaint, personal data will usually be passed to any relevant regulatory bodies, any individuals, or organisations that the complaint is about and other individuals and organisations where there is a legal responsibility to disclose that information. This normally includes the identity of the complainant and any other individuals involved in the complaint. This is inevitable where, for example, the accuracy of a person’s record is in dispute. If a complainant doesn’t want information identifying him or her to be disclosed, we will try to respect that. However, it may not be possible to handle a complaint on an anonymous basis.
When we receive a complaint from a person, we make up a file in our contact management software to help us to properly manage, monitor and progress the complaint. This normally includes the identity of the complainant and any other individuals involved in the complaint. We will only use the personal information we collect to process the complaint and to check on the level of service we provide.
We will keep personal information contained in complaint files in line with our retention policy. This means that information relating to a complaint will be retained for seven years from closure in our contact manager which is protected through the use of encryption.

This privacy policy therefore only applies to this website, and it does not cover any websites that you may visit from any outbound hyperlinks.
